We offer inter-facility transfers for hemodialysis patients. We will work closely with your team of healthcare providers (i.e. doctors, nephrologists, dietitian, education coordinator, social worker, etc.) to help establish that transportation services that you need. As part of providing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Houston, Texas, we can also provide stretcher transportation to and from the patient’s place of residence.
